Need a crew member at short notice?
If you need crew members for your build, we can arrange for one or more crew to come to you. Whether it be last minute due to illness or for those bigger installations, we can provide extra crew, including Labourers (minimum tipi experience), Tipi/Stretch building crew, Experienced crew leaders and Drivers (B, B+E, C)

Site Inspection & Maintenance
Do you have a structure for permanent or long term installation?
If you have tipis and stretch tents that are installed for permanent or long term venues, regular maintenance is very important. This will keep the structure safe for the guests using the venue and ensure it remains stable and secure during/after weather changes. Regular inspections are crucial and should include any relevant repairs or adjustments needed. We can offer regular inspections and undertake any repairs needed. Equipment cleaning can also be arranged if needed.
PRE-INSTALLATION SITE INSPECTION £50 plus Travel Fees.(Max 2 Hour Visit)
Site Inspection includes measuring out to ensure the structure will fit,
check ground conditions are suitable and to amend any details prior to build.
Weekly £90 (Min 4 Weeks*) (£4200** for 1 year, 50 inspections)
Monthly £100 (Min 4 Months*) (£1000** for 1 year, 12 inspections)
Quarterly £110 (Min 2 Quarters*) (£400** for 1 year, 4 inspections)
Half Yearly £120 (Min 1 year*) (£220 for 1 year, 2 inspections)

CLEANING IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. ADVISED TO BOOK IN EARLY!
Onsite cleaning may be available for some venues depending on condition of canvas and location/access to canvas.
(Only certain areas of canvas may be cleaned and may not get the same results as when canvas is taken down.)

We offer cleaning services for your canvas' panels and matting. All canvas' will be cleaned by hand using only warm water and a soft scrubbing brush. This is the best option to remove general dirt. This will not remove mildew. If you suspect any mildew, Contact us or your tipi Manufacturer for further advise. We also offer a dry only service for Canvas'. All matting will be cleaned inch by inch with a jet wash to reduce swirl marks from 'spot' washing. Regular cleaning will reduce damage or more permanent staining on the canvas & matting.

Portable Appliance Testing
Portable Appliance Testing now available.
Portable appliance testing is the process of checking electrical appliances for safety through a series of visual inspections and electronic tests.
PAT Testing is recommended by experts and professionals as the best way to meet the health and safety obligations and to protect your employees/clients.
We can carry out these checks using the latest testing device to test the appliance for earth continuity, lead polarity and insulation resistance. The appliance will then either pass or fail and will receive a pass or fail sticker. Any failed appliances must not be used until repaired or replaced. Any repaired appliances must pass another PAT test before it is safe to use again.
